Congratulations to Shane Ryan and Caoimhe Cruise who were married at the weekend. We wish them a long and happy life together.

The annual SOCKS fundraising cycle from Monaghan to Dublin will take place on Saturday the 13th of September. All of the participants will be seeking some sponsorship. So, if asked and if you can, please support this very worthy cause.

The senior hurlers put on a fine display against Naomh Fionnbarra to earn two vital league points. Our minor footballers defeated St. Vincents and remain unbeaten. Well done to all. Our senior footballers have a home league game on Friday night.

Well done to the “Dubs” on retaining the Leinster title and to our own Aodhán Fee and his minor colleagues on winning their title.
