Exercise Sessions in the Club

Grace Keane will restart her popular exercise sessions on Friday 4 January in the Club at 7 pm and will continue every Wednesday and Friday evening starting at 7 pm. The hour long exercise sessions will be a mix of Boxercise, circuits and a new class called RT24. RT24 is 24 minutes of relentless training either HIIT or else using weights. It’s a brilliant and very effective way of building muscle and burning fat. RT24 sounds scary but it’s a great workout and you will love it. The plan is for participants to have fun while improving their fitness and burning fat. The exercise sessions are also suitable for beginners or those who have fallen off the fitness wagon! Grace’s Facebook page is Good Karma Fitness if you want to have a browse https://www.facebook.com/gracezkeane/
The exercise sessions cost €40 for 6 sessions or €8 per session. Please text Michael Hannon on 087 1205440 to be included in the Club’s Special WhatsApp Group for the exercise sessions.
Fitness Sessions are also run in the Club by Jamie Harris Professional Fitness. Jamie’s sessions are held in the Hall on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7 pm on and smaller group sessions held in the Gym – See Jamie’s Facebook page for details – https://www.facebook.com/pg/Professional-Fitness-with-Jamie-Harris-349787658414315/posts/?ref=page_internal
