General Directions

As you are driving along Blackwood Lane the clubhouse is located behind the new housing estate called ‘Torcaill’ opposite the Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre and playing fields.

If you are driving from Portmarnock village, continue past the church and primary school on your right hand side. Take the left at the main junction in the village onto Carrickhill road. Continue along Carrickhill Road and you will pass Ardilaun and Woodlands housing estates and Carrickhill newsagents on your left hand side. The road will vere to the left at the next main junction. Take this left turn and on your left hand side you will see the Sports and Leisure centre. Directly across from the sports centre, take the right turn into the ‘Torcaill’ estate. Drive straight through the ‘Torcaill’ housing estate and into the club house.

Directions from the M50

Continue North Bound on the M50 until it ends. Continue on through the following 2 roundabouts onto the N32. Continue on this road (watch out for the very slow speed limit) until you see the new Hilton Airport Hotel. Turn left onto the Malahide Road and then take the next right onto the Moyne Road at Campions Pub. Continue on this road for about 4 mins until you reach the first left turn. Turn left here onto Drimnigh Road and drive on for about 5 mins until you reach the second turn right, there should be a finger sign for Naomh Mearnog here, turn right here onto Blackwood Lane. Continue on for about 3 minutes until you reach the first left turn, it is opposite the Leisure Centre. Turn left here. This brings you through the ‘Torcaill’ housing estate and into the club house.

Directions from the M1

If travelling on the M1 get off at the junction with the M50. Follow the signs for Malahide at the roundabout. This will bring on to a second round about. Go straight through onto the N32 and continue as above with the directions from the M50.

Directions from Dublin City Centre

Travel northbound past Connolly station and continue along north strand into Fairview.

From here you can

a.) Take the left turn at Total Fitness, drive up the Malahide Road and follow the M50 instructions above from when you reach the Hilton Airport Hotel which is located at the very end of the Malahide Road.

b.) Take the Howth Road and drive out the Coast Road for about 25 mins until you take the turn-off for Baldoyle/Portmarnock. From there drive through Baldoyle village and along the coast road until you come to the Portmarnock village roundabout. Take the right turn here and you will enter Portmarnock village and follow the general directions above.

Public Transport

Portmarnock is reachable by both rail and bus services. Portmarnock station is located about 10 mins away from Portmarnock village which in turn is approximately a 30 minute walk to the clubhouse.
