Juvenile Girls Football – round-up

We had a very busy weekend for the girls football section. Most of the teams were in action and we recorded some great wins!

Senior Team
The senior girls had a great win over Croi Ro Naofa over the weekend. This win secured their place in the div this year. The girls have worked hard all year and their manager Dave Storey is delighted to see the girls getting their rewards at last.

U15 Girls
The girls put in a fine performance against Cuala but just fell short in the end. They are continuing to work hard in training and success is not far away for this team.

U14 Girls
The girls continued their unbeaten run with a hard fought win over Naomh Olafs. They have now qualified for the Championship semi finals.

U13 Girls
The girls made it 2 wins from 3 games with a fine win away to St Pats Donabate, this result ensured their qualification for the cup semi final.

U11 Girls
The girls are enjoying a great season so far and were unlucky when they met a good Foxrock Cabinteely team in Pairc Mearnóg on Saturday afternoon.

Girls Football Academy
Our Academy started back last Saturday and it was great to see the girls all back playing football. We would love to see more girls get involved and would be delighted to see them playing for the club in the future.
