Club Notes

October 13, 2015

Our junior hurlers remain unbeaten in the league after a hard earned victory over Clontarf. We have one game left and all is still to play for.

Both our under 16 and minor footballers recorded victories over Ballyboden. This puts the minors in the championship quarter final.

Despite a fine effort, our adult hurlers were beaten in the Intermediate championship final. Thanks for a great effort lads and remember that we still have 2 vital league games remaining.

On Saturday we are hosting the annual Gaelic4Mothers tournament. All pitches at the club will be in use all day. Club matches and training will take place in Carrickhill and the school pitch if necessary. The club Academy activity will take place on the All Weather pitch on Friday evening.

It’s a very busy weekend for our under 15 girls. On Saturday at 1 30 in Carrickhill they play their football semi final and then on Sunday at 3 30pm, they are off to St. Maurs for their camogie final. Good luck to all concerned.

A number of players have still not paid their membership fees. This is totally unacceptable and must be remedied immediately.
