Club Notes

May 5, 2015

Well done to our Féile hurling team who reached the semi final at the weekend. We were beaten by Cuala in the first game by 4 points. We then defeated Thomas Davis and Craobh Ciaran to qualify for the semi final. This meant travelling to Brigids to play the home team. After a good performance, we lost out to a much stronger squad. Well done to the playing squad and to the management team of Kevin Quinn, John Owens and Gilda Smith.

We wish a speedy recovery to Bobby Smith who got injured during the day.

Our senior camogie girls defeated Erin’s Isle while our juniors had a fine win over St. Olafs. Our AFL5 team defeated Templeogue. Our minor hurlers travelled to Ballinteer and after a tight encounter, they came away with the league points.

We wish to remind all players that if your membership fee is unpaid, you will be unable to play for your team until this matter is sorted out. Please contact Club Registrar Adrian Kavanagh.

Our senior camogie girls are away to tonight (Tuesday) against St. Vincent’s. On Friday night in Parnell Park, our senior footballers have a championship date with Raheny.
