Club Notes

July 9, 2018

Congratulations to Sophie Brennan who won the Dublin under 16 camogie Puc Fada competition. It’s been a busy week for Sophie as herself and club colleague Gráinne Skelton helped the Dublin Under 16 camogie team defeat Clare.

Well done to Ella Heary and Orlaith McGarry who were part of the Dublin u13/14 camogie teams that took part in the Blitz held at the club at the weekend.

Well done also to the Twomey girls (Laura and Miriam) who helped the Dublin senior camogie team to victory over the weekend.

Our senior footballers recorded an important league win over Na Fianna while our under 16 hurlers travelled to Ballinteer and came away victorious.

It’s another busy week on the playing fields. Tonight (Tuesday) our minor footballers play St. Pats (Donabate) and on Wednesday our adult hurlers play Round Towers Clondalkin. Both games are league encounters and are at home at 7-30. We need support. On Sunday morning our senior footballers play Ballyboughal away in the league at 10-30.

Members are reminded that tickets for Dublin games can be ordered from Dan Linehan by all fully paid up members.

Once again we remind all members that we show all major sporting events on our big screens. Why not join us on Saturday evening if you are not going to Croke Park.
