Club Notes

July 28, 2014

Congratulations to Eoghan Dunne who was on the Dublin minor hurling team who played Waterford at the weekend. Eoghan is again eligible to play minor next year and is certainly one of our rising hurling stars. We wish him well.

Our senior footballers played their last league game before the break and came away with 2 hard earned league points after defeating O’Tooles. Well done lads. The adult Ladies football team resume their league campaign with a home game on Wednesday night.  Please support.

Adult hurling training resumes on Thursday night in preparation for our next league game against Whitehall which takes place on the 16th of August.

The annual SOCKS fundraising cycle in aid of cancer research takes place on the 13th of September from Monaghan to Dublin. This is a very worthy cause in memory of our good friend Frances Tobin. Please support.

We wish to remind all players in all codes that outstanding membership fees must be paid immediately otherwise you will be unable to play for your team.

Many of you will be heading off on holidays over the next week or so. Please have an enjoyable break and return safely.
