Recent and Upcoming Games – Congratulations to our adult ladies football team who have qualified for a home semi-final in the junior championship. They made it 3 wins from 3 last week when they overcame Clan Na Gael in a hard fought game.

Our adult hurlers have a busy week with 2 vital games. On Wednesday we travel to Fingallians for the deferred Intermediate championship game at 7pm. Then on Saturday evening we host St. Kevins in a vital league game at 6:30.

Thank you to Skerries who provided our senior camogie girls with a very worthwhile challenge game last week.

Academy Starts Back on Saturday 9 September - The Naomh Mearnóg Academy for girls and boys returns on Saturday 9th September and it runs on Saturday mornings up to June 2018 (excluding bank holidays). The Academy is for boys and girls aged 4 to 7 years old and it is the perfect induction for all those budding future stars of Dublin GAA!!

The Camogie Academy runs from 9:45 am to 10:30 am and the Ladies Football Academy runs from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. The Boys Football and Hurling Academy then runs from 11:30 am up to 12:30 pm.

The cost of the Academy membership is only €70 for one child and €80 for 2 or more children from the same family. To register for the Academy please go to

Dublin Camogie, Hurling and Football - Well done to Robyn Callery who played for the Dublin under 13 ladies football team in the Eugene Egan tournament which we hosted on Sunday.

Good luck to Miriam Twomey and her colleagues who play Kilkenny in the All Ireland camogie semi-final at the weekend.

Well done also to Laura Walsh and Gráinne Power who are part of the Dublin Premier Junior Camogie team who recorded another good victory on Saturday.

Congratulations to Kathleen Colreavy and the “Jackies” who have qualified for the All Ireland ladies football semi-final where they will face the girls from the Kingdom.

Club Lotto – What Would You Do With €2,800 Tax Free - Members are requested to continue supporting the Club Lotto which is a vital part of the funding of the Club’s continued development. Monday Night is Trad Night in the Club Bar – Every Monday night there is a Traditional Irish Music Session in the Club Bar from around 9:30 or so. The music is excellent and a wide spread of musical instruments are played by the 15 to 20 musicians that take part in the Session. All musicians and non-musicians are welcome and admission is free!
