J.W. Smyth Family Butchers are holding a charity christmas cookery demonstration on Thursday 27th November at 7.30pm in Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links. All proceeds raised on the night will go to St. Patrick’s Hospital Walk In My Shoes Charity.
J.W. Smyth Family Butchers have been a great supporter of Naomh Mearnóg and our teams for a long time so we are delighted to help them promote their upcoming charity event.
This will the third Christmas Charity Event that J.W. Smyth have organised and they are hoping that this year will be the most successful to date. J.W. Smyth Family Butchers have raised over €5500 Euro to date and hope this year will be as successful as previous years.
J.W. Smyth have organised two of Ireland’s finest Chefs Oliver Dunne Michelin Star owner of Bon Appetit in Malahide and Cleaver East in the Clarence Hotel in Dublin City and this years Food and Wine Magazine Chef of the Year Graham Neville head chef in Restaurant Forty One in Dublin’s Residence on Stephens Green.
Oliver will be demonstrating the Starter and Desert on the night with Graham on the Main Course. Graham will also be demonstrating an alternative to the traditional turkey on the night for those of you who would like to try something different this Christmas.

Tickets cost €20 each however as a J.W. Smyth Loyalty Card Customer you can avail of a special price of €15 each. Tickets are limited to 300 on the night so purchase early to avoid disappointment.
